Legit, old school prossecco made in the Col Fondo style ("with the bottom" meaning the yummy sediment at the bottom of the bottle is part of the crunch).

A blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. High acid bubbles, sour plum and under riped peach with an arid sea salt salinity to it.
